Product Update: January 2026

Truv kicked off 2026 with new product enhancements designed to further streamline our client workflows and elevate end-user experiences. January's updates build on our momentum from 2025, delivering expanded functionality and continued improvements across Encompass and Truv Dashboard.

Truv Platform Updates

New Integration with ICE Encompass® Consumer Connect

ICE Encompass Consumer Connect Integration

We've expanded our ICE Encompass® integration to include Encompass Consumer Connect® Point-of-Sale (POS), enabling borrowers to complete income, employment, and asset verifications using Truv upfront in the loan application.

Encompass Improvements

Encompass Logo

Truv's latest Encompass enhancements focus on unlocking additional Automated Service Ordering (ASO) use-cases to help lenders streamline and automate operations.

  • Creating Refresh Orders Via ASO: Lenders now have the ability to configure loan-level criteria to trigger a Verification of Employment (VOE) or Deposit-based Verification of Employment (DVOE) refresh automatically prior to closing. This ensures underwriting and closing teams always have the most current employment data — reducing manual touchpoints, eliminating last-minute steps, and helping loans close on time.
  • ASO Order Notifications Send to Alerts Email: To improve coordination and visibility for automated orders, Truv now sends order status updates to the 'Alerts' email if configured in Truv Dashboard, in addition to the LO, Processor, or any specified default Encompass roles.

Truv Dashboard Updates

This month's Truv Dashboard updates focus on making your verification processes more intuitive and flexible. We've redesigned our link-level reports for better clarity and added new customization options for volunteer letter requirements.

  • Updated Design of Link-Level Reports: Link-level VOIE and VOE reports have been redesigned to group data by employer and align more closely with Truv's user-level (borrower level) report format, improving clarity and consistency across reports.
  • Customize Volunteer Letter Requirements in Truv Templates: Now, public sector customers have the option to make Volunteer letter uploads mandatory or optional for clients by configuring the template(s) in Truv Dashboard.

Truv Bridge & Orders Updates

Truv Bridge and Orders Updates
  • Add Another Account Feature in Order Landing Page: The "Add another account" button is now supported for orders with predefined employers, providers, or banks, allowing borrowers to add additional accounts in real time as verification requirements evolve. By eliminating the need to restart flows, create new orders, or involve support teams, this update helps reduce processing delays, operational overhead, and borrower friction.
Upload Documents Feature
  • Upload Documents Button in Order Landing Page: Borrowers now have the option to proceed with uploads as needed with fewer steps. This configurable, per-client option reduces friction in the verification flow, improving conversion rates, reducing drop-off and accelerating overall processing timelines.
