
Truv is excited to announce an expansion of its Encompass® integration, now extending seamlessly to include Encompass Consumer Connect® Point-of-Sale (POS). This enhancement allows lenders to embed Truv's full suite of proprietary verification solutions directly into the loan application experience. By giving lenders access to direct-to-source income, employment, and asset verification data and GSE-eligible reports at the point of loan application submission, Truv reduces friction for both borrowers and operations teams while accelerating processing turn times.
Embedded Verifications Inside the Loan Application
With this expanded integration, lenders on Encompass systems end-to-end can now add Truv Verification of Income and Employment (VOIE), Verification of Assets (VOA), and Truv Document Upload (Fallback) as steps within the loan application. Borrowers securely complete all verifications upfront, eliminating borrower touch points and reducing downstream conditions.
By embedding Truv at the point of sale, lenders gain earlier access to high-quality, borrower-permissioned data, supporting faster decisioning with less paper chase.
Cross-Platform Portability Into Encompass LOS
Truv's integrations with ICE platforms are designed to move automatically with the loan file. Once a borrower completes Truv VOIE or VOA in Consumer Connect, the verified, real-time data automatically ports into Encompass loan origination system, with the option to custom map fields that auto-populate in the URLA.
This cross-platform portability minimizes manual data entry, reduces errors, and ensures streamlined borrower experience and lender workflows.
Flexible Verification Task Follow-Up for Borrowers
Not every borrower completes verification on the first pass in the loan application: If a borrower skips Truv's VOIE or VOA steps during the initial loan application, lenders can automatically trigger a follow-up task post-submission. That task routes the borrower back to Truv within their portal To-Do Tasks, prompting them to verify digitally. With follow-up task features enabled, Truv clients achieve a 10% conversion uptick, on average.
This feature is designed to help lenders keep the loan milestones on track while ensuring a borrower-friendly experience.
