  • Webhook event for Order refresh failed: Customers can now subscribe to an order-refresh-failed webhook event to know if an attempt is made to refresh an order and the data refresh task fails.
  • Endpoint to get webhook request history: A new endpoint has been added to return a list of webhook requests from the last 30 days, additional query params are available to filter the history further.

Transaction filters in customization templates: Added support for the transaction_categories, transaction_account_types, and transaction_account_subtypes properties inside the reports object.

These properties are now available in:

Bank transactions filtering:

  • Only create ASO orders if all employers match 'current' and 'success rate' criteria: For lenders who need to verify all employers that are entered into the loan file, we have added the option to only create an ASO order for each borrower if all their employers match the 'Success rate' and 'Is Current' thresholds.
  • Clarified available product types: To prevent confusion when a product type cannot be ordered due to a pending order, we now show the pending product types as disabled with a disclaimer in the 'New order' tab.
  • Send order notifications to Alerts email instead of Encompass Admin: For lenders using ASO, Truv would send all Order notifications to the Encompass Admin, in addition to the LO and/or Processor. Now notifications are sent to the email set in the Settings → Company tab in the 'Email address for status updates or notifications field'.
  • Add NPS surveys in Encompass: We will begin periodically asking for user feedback directly from the Truv App in Encompass to continue to drive improvements in the product.
  • Fixed an issue where a user with multi-tenancy is deleted from 1 company and deleted in all companies
  • Support Volunteer letter as a document upload option in Templates: For benefits providers who want users to upload a volunteer letter if payroll provider login fails, this can now be configured in templates. Navigate to Customization → Templates, then select the 'Document upload' tab and configure the 'Volunteer letter' option.
  • Clarify user data deleted in Truv Dashboard: We have clarified when user data or credentials have been deleted to support customers with a consumer data retention policy. "User data has been deleted upon your request" will be shown under the connected User's name when credentials are deleted, and in place of the Report when all data has been deleted.
  • Add NPS surveys in Dashboard: We will begin periodically asking for user feedback directly from the Truv Dashboard to continue to drive improvements in the product.
  • Support deep-link and user-defined orders: Some customers know some employers or financial institutions that need to be verified, but also want to allow the applicant to search and connect additional ones. Truv now supports both types of connections in an order. Reach out to Customer Success to enable.
  • Updated Employer Report Design: Truv has updated the format and design of the link-level reports (aka employer report) to match the formatting of the user-level reports (aka borrower report).
  • Improved New Order Display Speed: In Encompass, we have reduced the delay in showing newly created orders in the ‘Order status’ tab to prevent confusion caused when newly created orders would not appear.
