Retail Banking Updates
Introducing Platform Integration with Q2

Truv has partnered with Q2 to bring direct deposit switching capabilities to Q2 Innovation Studio. This integration gives banks and credit unions a simpler way to help account holders set up or switch direct deposit as part of the digital onboarding experience. Contact the Truv Team to learn more.
Public Sector Updates
Self-Certification Page Improvements

As an expansion to our self-certification page enhancements we made for clients, we’ve expanded customization options for public sector teams to manage requirements for clients to fulfill.
- Customize Self-Certification Page Requirements in Templates: Public sector teams can now customize the client-facing self-certification landing page from Truv templates in Truv Dashboard, including text, copy, fields, and toggle whether “Other / Unearned” income types are listed.
- Volunteer Verification Results Enabled in Self-Certification Page: Added support to enable clients to upload volunteer letters and timesheets as a part of community engagement verification requirements, with calculated hour results populating in the self-certification page to review along with connected income sources.
Compliance & Accessibility Enhancements
- 508 Compliant Orders Landing Page & Doc Upload Product: 508 accessibility compliance has been finalized — completed full compliance across all Truv Bridge pages, the order landing page, and the self-certification page.
Mortgage Lending Updates
Truv’s recent Encompass enhancements give lenders greater control over order requests sent to borrowers as well as greater flexibility with billing details post completion.

- Add Custom Employers or Financial Institutions: Encompass users can now search providers, review success, and add them directly into the New Order tab via a new “add account” button, then select them with checkboxes before placing orders. This provides an easy and reliable pathway to edit the order prior to the borrower notification is delivered.
- Applicant and Loan-Level Order Invoices: Truv order-level invoices now aggregate billed verifications at the applicant- or loan-level, based on the billing model, to improve cost transparency for lenders and frontline staff who need to pass the cost along to the borrower.
Truv Dashboard & Orders Updates
Truv’s latest Dashboard improvements give teams using Truv deeper insights into verifications and connection details.

- Customize Product Names for Multi-Product Orders: Truv clients can now configure custom product names across Assets, Income, and Insurance products in Truv Templates to display for end users.
Conversion Improvements

Truv’s engineering team works around the clock to keep every data connection running at its best — proactively monitoring performance, resolving issues, and fine-tuning integrations across payroll providers, employers, and financial institutions.
