The Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) is an autonomous organization established by the Indian government in 1952 to offer social security benefits to workers in India. Currently, the ESIC provides benefits to over 34.9 million beneficiaries and covers more than 8.3 million families. The organization is continually improving its schemes and services to enhance workers' social welfare and financial security.
