Get the latest feature updates in Truv
- Order response view changes: Truv introduced a new experience for our Dashboard users to view and navigate responses retrieved for Orders. This was done to simplify navigation and readability especially in the cases of multiple employers. We have introduced a sub-menu and critical details along with clickable categories from the sub-menu.
- Truv now has the ability to display Borrower level reports along with employer level reports, providing more details to LO and processors as borrowers complete verification. Borrower reports are generated when the order is complete and can be used to submit to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
