- An option has been added to the Verification of Employment (VOE) product for creating refresh orders that include receiving the most recent paystub as part of the result. Reports are now automatically uploaded to the Encompass eFolder for streamlined management.
- Clients now have the ability to configure if the borrower needs to be notified for order refreshes when a backend refresh fails. Once configured, order creators will get notified when an approval is needed. Once approved, this triggers a notification to the borrower allowing the loan officer to better control the timelines when the loan is closing.
