- Based on the recent guideline by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, for re-verifications, Truv has added an option to include the
Verification Of Employment(VOE) and the most recent paystubas an alternative to the manual solution. If selected this option Truv now retrieves the VOE for the 10-day PCV and the most recent paystub as an attachment. This change has been reflected in Encompass as well and when this option is selected we upload the most recent paystub into Encompass eFolder as well. - For originations placed via a point-of-sale, Truv now has added an option to place the re-verification via Encompass.
