Truv's June product updates span new improvements, smoother verification workflows, and a range of enhancements, with targeted improvements for our public sector and mortgage lending clients.
Public Sector Updates
Truv's latest feature updates focus on improving the client experience while giving agencies greater order visibility and transparency.

- Paystub Preview for Self-Certification: A paystub details preview is now available on the Self-Certification page. Because clients can see the exact pay history Truv retrieved — base salary, overtime, gross and net pay, and hours per pay period — they can certify income with full visibility into the underlying data, reducing back-and-forth and disputes after submission.
- Enable/Disable the Self-Certification Page Display Across Workflows: Self-Certification page customizations can now be enabled or disabled per workflow. For example, the Case Worker and Customer Portal workflows can have customization enabled, while the In-Person workflow has it disabled.
- Bank Income as a New Bank-Based Verification Option: Bank Income is income derived from bank transactions, and is now available as a bank-based verification option alongside self-employed income verification. Agencies can configure which reports are returned: bank income, self-employed income, or both. Because Bank Income draws transaction data, it generates a Self-Certification page tailored to that information for the client to review.

- Truv Bridge AI Assistance Feature: When a connection fails, clients now get an AI chat assistant right on the failure screen to troubleshoot and self-serve. This helps clients who'd otherwise drop off and cuts down on support tickets, all without leaving the flow.
Mortgage Lending Updates
Truv's recent Encompass enhancements give lenders greater control over order requests sent to borrowers as well as greater flexibility with billing details post completion.
New Platform Integration with Pylon

- Truv Partnership with Pylon: We're excited to announce that Truv's verification of income and employment (VOIE) is integrated directly into Pylon, the first autonomous mortgage infrastructure platform. Originators on Pylon's mortgage rails can now verify a borrower's income and employment with data directly from the source in seconds, expediting instant credit decisions.
Encompass Enhancements

- Encompass Order Grouping by Borrowers: For lenders on Encompass, Truv orders are now grouped by borrower and co-borrower names. For combination orders with multiple product types, such as VOIE and VOA, order details, reports, and refresh reports are in a table together and sorted by name.

- Encompass Multi-Product Orders Support Empty Account Selection: Previously, the multi-product checkbox was not displayed unless an account had already been selected, preventing users from creating a combined Income & Asset order. The checkbox now appears regardless of whether accounts are pre-selected, allowing users to create multi-product orders without requiring a pre-selected account.
- Encompass Data Mapping to 1003 Format Improvements: We've enhanced how Truv report values are displayed when updating loan data in the 1003 URLA. Employment dates and other date fields now use a standardized, user-friendly date format, while monthly income values are displayed with dollar signs. These formatting improvements make it easier to review Truv report values before updating the 1003 URLA fields.
Truv Template Enhancements

- Bank Statement Download Settings for Asset Verification: Asset Verification templates now include an optional Bank Statements setting. The feature is disabled by default, allowing users to enable statement downloads only when needed. Users can also view the maximum number of downloadable statements and understand that additional charges apply when the feature is enabled.
- Redesigned Returned Documents Limits Form in Truv Templates: The Returned Documents Limits form has been redesigned with a more compact, streamlined layout, making it easier for mortgage lenders to navigate and configure document return settings while maintaining the same functionality.

- Truv Bridge AI Assistance Feature: When a connection fails, borrowers now get an AI chat assistant right on the failure screen to troubleshoot and self-serve. This helps borrowers who'd otherwise drop off and cuts down on support tickets, all without leaving the flow.
Truv Dashboard & Orders Updates
Truv's latest Dashboard improvements give teams using Truv deeper insights into verifications and connection details.

- Expanded Rich Text Format in Truv Templates: Rich Text Format (RTF) is supported across the board. Style text, add structure, and keep your messaging on-brand everywhere it appears in your Truv experience, across email, every landing page state (initial, success, and expired), and the self-certification page for public sector clients (both page body and deposits body).
- Enhanced Order Actions in the Orders Table: The Orders table now provides the full set of available order actions directly from the action menu. Users can access reports, invoices, downloads, and other order-specific actions without navigating to the Order Details page, creating a more consistent and efficient workflow.
- Template Filtering by Product Type: In the Truv Templates tab, lists can be filtered by product type, now automatically updating based on the selection(s) in both Sandbox and Production.
- Ability to Manage Truv Changelog Email Notifications: A new notification preference allows Truv Dashboard users to opt in or out of Changelog emails. To update your preference, navigate to Settings > Notifications.

Behind almost every June update is a real conversation: feedback shared, a workflow worth refining, or a gap someone took the time to point out. That kind of partnership is how the best products are built, with the people who rely on them every day. We're grateful for it, and for every way you've helped us improve Truv.
