This August brought significant enhancements to our platform as we expanded a point-of-sale integration, launched new capabilities, and introduced powerful new features that put greater control and insight directly into our customers’ hands.

Truv VOA in Lodasoft POS is Live


This point-of-sale integration gives lenders using Lodasoft access to Truv’s direct-to-source income, employment, and asset verifications directly in the mortgage application. 

Encompass Improvements

Truv released new features in Encompass to provide team members with more control and visibility into asset verifications.

  • Enhanced Cross Platform Functionality for VOA: Truv has built additional support for lenders who initially verify assets in a point-of-sale (POS), enabling lenders to select which financial institutions and accounts need to be refreshed pre-closing.
  • Financial Institution Coverage Indicators for VOA: We have added financial institution coverage indicators to the New order page in Encompass to improve visibility into likelihood of a successful connection.

Truv Dashboard & Order Updates

To streamline the order cycle in Truv Dashboard, new enhancements provide team members improved visibility and control.

  • Financial Institution Coverage Indicators for VOA: We have added financial institution coverage indicators to improve visibility into likelihood of successfully connecting. When a financial institution is added to an Assets or Transactions order, the success rate is shown.
  • Re-Authentication Request Notification Email for Refresh: Order Managers and status update recipients receive an email notification when a backend refresh isn’t available and a re-authentication request has been sent to the end user, promoting transparency.
  • Cancel ‘Pending’ Refresh Orders: Now, refresh orders in Pending status can be canceled, preventing the end user from receiving notification emails.
  • Expanded CSV Export Functionality for Usage and Tasks: To improve data access for Truv customers, the ‘Export csv’ function in the Activity → Tasks and Billing → Usage tables now supports exporting the first 50,000 rows.
  • Improved Order Search Functionality: To streamline locating an order, the Orders search bar supports VOIE Report ID, VOA Report ID Refresh Order ID, and Custom Field pending.

Truv Bridge & End User Improvements

  • Unavailable Tag Added to Providers and Financial Institutions: Disabled payroll providers and financial institutions now display with clear “Unavailable” tags and are non-interactive, providing immediate visual feedback when providers/FIs have been disabled at the client level.
  • Enhanced Order Landing Page for Users: Key order details (requestor name and email, loan number, expiration date), as well as average completion time, are now prominently displayed, providing users with essential context that drives higher conversion rates.
  • Connection Results Display Page: For government use case, Truv has added a screen post “Success” page to show the client the results of connected income sources.

Conversion Improvements

Truv’s network of payroll providers, employers, and financial institutions is constantly monitored for speed of data parsing. Conversion improvements ensure our clients receive reliable data at speed.
