POS integrations are only available for mortgage use cases. For other industries (consumer lending, government, background screening), use Embedded Orders.

How it works

One-time admin setup

Configure Truv in your POS system:
  • Enter Truv credentials (Client ID + Access Secret) in your system’s integration settings
  • Set up templates in the Truv Dashboard for branding, notifications, and document delivery

Borrower is prompted to verify

At the appropriate stage of the application, the borrower is presented with Truv’s verification widget, embedded directly in your borrower portal.

Borrower connects their accounts

The borrower authenticates with their payroll provider or bank through Truv’s secure, white-labeled widget. No manual document uploads required.

Data flows back to your system

Once connected, Truv automatically delivers verified reports and income/employment data to your POS and syncs with your connected LOS.

Ongoing monitoring

Connected accounts are continuously monitored. Updated reports are generated automatically throughout the mortgage process.
