Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino, formerly known as the Las Vegas Hilton and the International Hotel, is a hotel, casino, and convention center located in Las Vegas, Nevada. The property was opened in 1969 by Kirk Kerkorian and became famous as the venue where Elvis Presley performed over 600 sold-out shows between 1969 and 1976, setting numerous attendance records. The resort features 2,956 hotel rooms and suites, making it one of the largest hotels in Las Vegas. The property includes a 95,000 square foot casino, multiple restaurants, a full-service spa, and the largest race and sports book in Las Vegas. The hotel tower stands 30 stories high and was once the largest hotel in the world. In 2012, the property was acquired by Westgate Resorts and underwent a $100 million renovation.
