Employment Verification for Stinson.

About Stinson

Stinson is a former American aircraft manufacturer founded in 1920 in Wayne, Michigan. The company produced a range of military and civilian aircraft, including small personal planes and larger transport aircraft. In the 1930s and 1940s, Stinson’s Voyager and Reliant models were popular personal planes, while the Stinson L-1 and L-5 were widely used by the US military during World War II. After the war, Stinson struggled financially and was acquired by Piper Aircraft in 1949. Production of Stinson models continued until the late 1950s when Piper discontinued the Stinson brand. Today, Stinson airplanes remain popular in the vintage aircraft community, and many are still airworthy and in use for personal or recreational flying.
