Hawaii State Hospital (HSH) is a state-operated psychiatric facility located in Kaneohe, Hawaii, on the island of Oahu. Established in 1930, the hospital serves as Hawaii’s only public mental health hospital, providing inpatient psychiatric treatment for individuals with serious mental illness. The facility operates under the Hawaii Department of Health’s Adult Mental Health Division.
