Birdville Independent School District (BISD) is a Texas-based public school district located in the Northeast Tarrant County. The district covers a 56 square-mile area that includes the cities of Haltom City, Richland Hills, North Richland Hills, and part of Hurst and Fort Worth. Birdville ISD is composed of 21 schools, including 13 elementary schools, four middle schools, three high schools, and one early education center, all of which serve a diverse student population of around 24,000.
