1. Start the verification:

If you wish to report income, scan the QR code or click the Truv link, enter your phone number, one-time password via sms, first/last name, email address, and case number. This opens the Truv widget for you to select your employer, payroll provider, gig platform, and/or financial institution to connect income electronically. Additionally, you have the option to upload income documents as a fallback alternative.

2. Sign into your employer, payroll provider, gig platform, and/or financial institution:

Sign into your employer, payroll provider, gig platform, and/or financial institution: Search for your employer or payroll provider to connect income electronically. Sign in using your employer, payroll provider, gig platform, and/or financial institution using your income source login details. Oklahoma Human Services will not access your login.

3. Finish the verification:

Once logged in, select «Done» to close the Truv widget. If you have more than one job to report, select «Add another income source». Click «Finish & share» once all income is reported.

Common Questions

  • How do I find who my payroll provider is? Your payroll provider is typically a portal you access through your employer where you login to view paystubs online. Most clients use their work email to log in, but it could also be a personal email.
  • I don’t remember my payroll credentials. That is okay! Truv allows you to reset your password. Locate the button on the login screen.
  • Is what you’re doing legal? Yes! The Consumer Protection Principles issued by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), allow end users to provide access to third parties to efficiently access their data.
  • Can I verify with MFA? Yes! Truv supports a range of authentication types, including Multi-Factor Authentication.
  • How do I find my financial institution? Your FI is typically where you access your bank accounts, like checking or savings, online or via an app. Use the same login credentials.
  • I can’t find my financial institution on your list. Truv connects to more than 14,000 financial institutions. If your bank doesn’t auto-populate and cannot be found on the list, search for it.
