Mobile landing page redesign
We are constantly finding ways to create a better applicant experience. To this end we have redesigned the mobile landing page in Orders to remove superfluous information and offer a more streamlined experience to applicants. This will lead to higher success rates and increase your number of funded loans.
Its no secret that finance is a compliance heavy industry. In order to comply with industry standards, we’ve restricted VOIE data to pull from a 3 year range in compliance with lender requirements. This providers lenders with the information they need while also keeping consumer rights in mind.
Disable Truv Report For Doc Upload
Some lenders prefer to receive data directly from the source especially when it comes to document uploads, so we added the capability to opt out of receiving data in the form of a Truv report and instead receive payroll data directly from uploaded paystubs and W2s for those clients who have doc upload product enabled. This feature ONLY applies to document upload.
We want to make sure your Truv experience within encompass is fully customizable. We’ve added the ability to enable or disable for certain fields in our solution. When disabled some of the fields such as income and employment data fields will not be overridden. This will help teams create workflows that are efficient for their organization.

Tasks & User Table Updates
The right data in front of the right people drastically increases productivity, so to make loan originators more effective we added three new filters to our tables: product type, data source & data providers. This data has been added as columns. This will make it easier to uncover insights about your users and associated tasks.
Teams Page Update
You want to minimize the number of click needed to complete a task in our dashboard, so we added an “All” tab to the Team search page, to allow owners and admins to easily make changes to who has access to the Truv dashboard. This will make admin tasks easier and help increase employee efficiency.
